BY-200 Sugar Coating Machine
The machine is used for sgar coating of tablets and pills in the pharmaceutical and food industrues.
It can also be used for rolling and heating beans and edible seeds.
The tilting angle of the sugar coating pot is adjustable,and the electric furnace or gas heater can be placed under the pot. An individual electric heating type blower is attached to this machine. The air outlet pipe can be stretched into the pot to carry out heating or cold blowing and the heat is adjustable.
By rotating the pot clockwise, the tablets are rolled, slid, and grinded in the pot. The coating powder is poured in manually or a powder sprayer is used to evenly distribute the coating powder on the entire core.
The accompanying electric heating The hair dryer can be extended into the pot for heating. At the same time, the hair dryer blows hot air into the pot to remove the moisture on the surface of the tablets, thereby obtaining sugar-coated tablets.
