Application:

 

This machine is suitable for mixing dry powder or granular materials such as pharmaceuticals, chemical industry and food.

The power of motor is transmitted to reducer through belt, and reducer is transmitted to V-barrel through coupling.

The V-shaped barrel can be continuously operated, and the materials in the barrel can be fully mixed in the upper, lower, left and right parts of the barrel.

Medicine: capsule granules, Chinese herbal condiments, powdery or granular Chinese herbal medicine, Western medicine and other mixtures.

Chemical products: iron powder, copper powder, magnesium powder and other chemical powder.

Feed: It can be mixed with various feeds, such as fishery feed, poultry feed, wildlife feed, fowl feed and so on.

Structure:
1. This machine is composed of V-type asymmetric mixing barrel, two-phase motor, reducer, time relay and other components, with high mixing uniformity. Because of the unequal length of the two cylinders and the time difference of material flow in the cylinder, the mixing efficiency and uniformity are very high.
2. Low noise, beautiful and concise appearance, convenient operation and maintenance, no residue, no cross-contamination. There is no dead angle between the inner part of the cylinder and the contact part of the material, the mixing process is mild, no segregation, complete discharge, no residue, and no cross-contamination.
3. The machine is made of 304 stainless steel for the contact part and shell with medicine. The cylinder body is made of stainless steel. It is corrosion-resistant and has long service life. It meets the GMP standard.
