Operational measures:
1. Mount the disc on the cover.
2. Insert a sufficient amount of capsule cover.
3. Shake the mouth of the capsule in the hole in the capsule plate.
4. Pour out the excess lid of the capsule.
5. Remove the calibration plate.
6. Stack the notched side of the intermediate plate on the cover.
7. Place the disk tray on the motherboard.
8. Take out a sufficient amount of the capsule body and shake it so that the mouth of the capsule falls into the hole of the capsule plate.
9. Pour in excess capsules and remove the disc.
10. Pour the powder onto the body panel and scrape it back and forth with a spatula.
11.the intermediate plate of the cover covers the body panel.
12 .Press firmly with both hands to lock the capsule.
13. Then remove the cover.
14. Remove the filled capsule from the intermediate plate in the intermediate plate.
15. Gently tap the middle plate to remove the capsule. After filling the container, the filling of the capsule is completed.
Uses: It is used to fill hollow capsules with medicines and powders (the capsules can be filled normally even if the capsules are slightly deformed). Powder filling rate: 100 (this capsule filling plate has been equipped with a pressure plate for users to press the powder in the capsule for secondary filling when the filling amount needs to be increased).
