Molds for blister packaging
Generally speaking, a machine should be equipped with three identical molds. The machine can operate normally for 10 hours a day and can package about 10,000 products. If the quantity is not particularly large, you can consider the cost and only open one mold, but the packaging speed will be slowed down.
Normal operation
1) The operator puts the blister, the packaged material, and the cardboard into the bakelite mold in sequence, and rotates the mold table counterclockwise. The machine automatically completes the packaging and sealing work according to the debugged conditions.
2) After the work is completed, turn off the main control and air source.

Debugging procedures and methods
1. Press the chassis switch button, the switch lock will automatically pop open, then open the door, insert the compressed air pipe through the small hole at the bottom of the rear of the chassis, and then insert it into the air pressure regulating valve air inlet joint behind the chassis door, and fix it with a pipe clamp.
2. Close the chassis door, turn on the air source, turn on the air source switch to input compressed air, and the machine pressure plate will automatically retract. According to the size of the packaged object, the thickness of the blister forming sheet and the actual packaging situation, rotate the air pressure regulating valve handwheel to adjust the air pressure to the appropriate pressure. The greater the air pressure, the faster the pressure plate presses down, and the greater the pressure. It is generally more appropriate to adjust it to the atmospheric pressure of the bomb box.
3. Insert the machine wire plug into the 220V AC power socket, turn on the machine circuit master, and connect the whole machine circuit.
4. Place the bakelite mold on the mold table, and connect the wires on the bakelite mold to the bakelite mold terminal in the middle of the machine mold table.
5. Turn on the cooling switch, connect the cooling time control circuit, adjust the cooling time setting button, and select the cold pressing time of the pressing plate.
6. Push the mold table to rotate counterclockwise to observe whether the automatic pressing of the pressing plate is normal. If not, the blister and the line card can be placed on the bakelite mold to start trial packaging.
7. Turn on the heating switch, connect the heating time control circuit, adjust the heating time setting button, and select the appropriate bakelite mold heating plate for power heating according to the actual packaging situation.
8. The heating current conversion system is used to adjust the heating plate of the bakelite mold, thereby adjusting the current size. Users can select the appropriate heating current gear according to the actual packaging situation.
9. Users can adjust the functions of the above components according to the trial packaging situation until they are satisfied.
