JZL-125 Rotary Extruding Granulator

JZL-125 rotary extruding granulator is a continuous wet extrusion granulation equipment. All parts contacting materials are made of 304 stainless steel

The wet powder is fed into the hopper, and the rotating screw pushes materials to pass through the mesh screen to form cylindrical granules.

It is widely used for pharmaceutical, food, health product and chemical powder granulation.

Working Principle

The wet mixed powder enters from the feeding hopper. The rotating extrusion screw continuously pushes the material toward the cylindrical screen. 

Materials are squeezed through the screen holes and cut into uniform cylindrical granules. Granule size can be adjusted by changing screens with different pore sizes.
