It can make the stirred raw materials become granule with needed size or crush the blocked raw materials into small granule. The machine is mainly used for making granule with different specifications of pharmaceutical industry , chemical industry ,foodstuff industry ,etc .After dried ,the granule can be pressed into all kinds of shaped products. The machine can also used for crushing dried raw materials that are cohered.

1.  The JZL-300 drum and screen are easy to disassemble for easy cleaning.

2.  The JZL-300 transmission system is enclosed inside the machine body and embedded with a lubrication system to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.

3.  The JZL-300 screen adopts metal wire mesh or stainless steel plate mesh, which ensures good granulation effect, high efficiency, and long service life of the screen.

The machine changes speed and direction through the gear box of the reducer, so that the grinding knife and the pressing blade rotate opposite, the material is pressed down through the inclined plane when pressing the material, the grinding knife extruded the material to the outside of the screen cylinder, thus forming the required particles;

The machine adopts reducer with two input shaft, two output shaft, grinding knife and press blade are driven by different motors, press blade motor adopts frequency conversion control, speed (feeding speed) can be adjusted, can adapt to different materials, so that the feeding speed of the equipment and granulation speed match, can make the equipment better to use, screen should not be extrusion damage, large output.

The machine is simple to operate, easy to maintain, easy to clean and contact with the material parts are made of stainless steel material, can be selected according to the need of the sieve cylinder aperture, and can complete automatic discharge, reduce the particle breakage caused by manual discharge.
