Peristaltic pump
This is a commonly used spray power equipment. It delivers liquid through roller squeeze hose, which can accurately control the flow rate of coating liquid. The flow rate range can generally be adjusted within a certain range according to actual needs, such as from a few milliliters to hundreds of milliliters per minute, so as to ensure the uniformity of coating thickness.
Spray gun
The function of the spray gun is to atomize the coating liquid and spray it on the material. The nozzle of the spray gun has different designs, such as single-fluid nozzle and two-fluid nozzle. The single-fluid nozzle relies on the pressure of the liquid itself to atomize, which is suitable for low-viscosity coating liquid; the two-fluid nozzle uses compressed air and coating liquid to work together, and the atomization effect is better. It can handle higher-viscosity coating liquid, making the sprayed droplets smaller and more uniform, ensuring the coating quality.
Liquid storage tank
Used to store coating liquid. Its material is usually corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel to prevent chemical reactions between the coating liquid and the tank body. The size of the liquid storage tank can be selected according to the production scale of the coating machine and the requirements of the coating process. The small one may be only a few liters, and the large one can reach hundreds of liters. Many liquid storage tanks are equipped with stirring devices to prevent the solid components in the coating liquid from settling.
Both spraying devices can make the liquid fly out in the form of mist
