The VH-8 is a compact, stainless-steel V-type (double-cone) powder blender designed for small-batch and laboratory mixing of dry powders and free-flowing granules. 

Its 8 L rotating V-vessel repeatedly splits and recombines the material, delivering a fast, uniform blend with no internal agitator and minimal particle damage.

This small V-type powder mixer is a professional laboratory mixing equipment designed for uniform blending of dry powder and granular materials.

The mixing barrel is made of full 304 stainless steel, complying with hygiene standards, widely applied in chemical, food, spices, cosmetics and additive industries.

With V-shaped asymmetric cylinder structure, materials can realize three-dimensional convection, diffusion and mixing inside the barrel, achieving high mixing

Working Principle

A motor drives the V-shaped vessel to rotate continuously around a horizontal axis. As it turns, the material inside is repeatedly split into two arms and recombined, producing a gentle but thorough diffusive blend. 

There is no internal agitator; mixing relies on gravity and material fall, so granules suffer almost no breakage and there are no dead corners.
